VOSTA LMG is constantly improving and expanding the latest tooth systems. It provides a wide range of tooth systems for any application in dredging. Whether it is for a cutter head, cutting wheel, draghead or for sand, clay or rock, we have the solution for any size dredger. All tooth systems are specially designed for dredging.
D/SC Series
These older series – which have proven to be highly economical – were supplied to many customers until the latest T-systems were introduced, which will eventually replace the D/SC series. The SC/D systems will remain available to all our loyal customers. The SC system remains the preferred system for drag heads.
Duracore Teeth
These highly wear-resistant teeth were also developed as part of our D2000 research program. They are specially designed for use on rock-cutterdredgers when excavating hard and abrasive rock. The patented composite teeth combine the best properties of steel material for the tooth body and hard metal for the wear-resistant insert.
T-Series
The patented T-series tooth system is a heavy-duty cutting system that meets modern demands for economy, safety and ergonomics. For the economy of the T-series, this means the lowest cost per m3 (yd3) excavated due to minimal rest. The T-Series teeth range is fabricated from hardened steel and is subject to a strict quality control to guarantee a perfect fitting into the adapter. For safe exchange of cutter teeth, the T-Series has a special hammerless locking system that ensures a safe handling of cutter teeth.
TSC04
TSC04 teeth are unique in that they are mounted directly onto the blade. In addition, by changing the type of teeth, the cutter head is transformed from a serrated-edge cutter head into a smooth-edge cutter head.
