TSC04 Cutter Teeth – for up to 200 hp Cutter Power
VOSTA LMG’s TSC04 teeth are unique in that they are mounted directly onto the blade.
By changing the type of teeth, the cutter head can be transformed from a serrated-edge cutter head to a smooth-edge cutter head.
The TSC04 system is specially designed for dredge cutter heads with up to 200 hp cutter power. Its prism-shaped coupling geometry, combined with the wedging front edge and the locking bolt orientation, creates a self-tightening fit for optimal performance.
Additionally, the contact surfaces between the blade and the tooth are oversized to reduce wear on the blade, increasing durability and efficiency.
