VOSTA LMG supplies several unique and patented designs of quick connect dredge couplings. The dredge couplings are typically available for a pressure rating in the range of 10 to 30 bar and for internal pipe-size diameters in the range of 350 to 1100mm. The couplings are supplied with a Formula 1 style manual operation or hydraulic operation.
Click-in Ball Joint
Click-in ball joints are light-duty dredge couplings with a standard tilting angle of 15 degrees. The couplings are operated through a spring ring construction. Due to the spring action no seperate locking system is required. The couplings are known for their simplicity and low weight.
Straight Click-in Coupling
Straight click-in couplings are light-duty dredge couplings. The couplings exclude a ball construction, making them smaller and lighter than the click-in ball joints. The couplings are operated through a spring ring construction. Due to the spring action no separate locking system is required. The couplings are typically used for applications that do not require a wide connecting angle.

Straight universal couplings are heavy-duty quick connect dredge hose couplings. The couplings do not include a ball construction, making them smaller and lighter than the universal ball joints. The couplings are typically used as a quick connect dredge hose coupling.

Universal ball joints are heavy-duty dredge couplings. They can be equipped with a single or double wear liner system. The couplings are known for their sturdiness and are easy to disconnect in offshore conditions. They are typically used as a quick-release coupling behind a cutter dredger.
