VOSTA LMG’s floating pipelines exist of floaters, steel pipes, hoses and/or ball joints and anchoring equipment. We have designed our floating pipelines in such a way that they are easy to stack and transport in containers. Floating pipelines are available in many sizes. Floating Dredge Hoses
Floating dredge hoses can be used as total solution for a floating discharge line or for extra flexibility directly behind the dredger. Our floating flexible dredge hoses are executed with an internal wear liner to extend lifetime.
Pipeline with Ball Joints
VOSTA LMG supplies complete floating pipeline systems. The pipeline with ball joints offers high wear resistance due to the full-metal construction. In addition the ball joints provide not only very sturdy flexibility but also a quick connector for easily adjusting the length of the pipeline.
Pipeline with Hose
The floating pipeline with a combination of steel pipes and rubber hoses with floaters around the discharge dredge pipe is an economical attractive solution. The rubber hoses are designed with a wear liner to extend the lifetime of the floating pipeline. On customer request we can play with the amount of rubber hoses to increase flexibility.
Pontoons
VOSTA LMG supplies a variety of pontoon designs. The pontoons are designed to provide proper floatation and stability of the floating pipeline. Optionally the pontoons can be supplied with winches and anchors to fix the position of the pipeline and straighten it if necessary.
