Financial Administrative Assistant

For our office in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands, we are looking for a Financial Administrative Assistant (24 hrs/week). VOSTA LMG is a design company for the dredging industry, which operates internationally, with several offices abroad.

Job requirements:
Minimum MBO level
Affinity with numbers, accurate
All-round financial experience
Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language
Knowledge of and experience with the application of (relevant) financial applications and Office 365
Knowledge of and insight into the administrative and financial processes

Personal characteristics:
High sense of responsibility
Accuracy, orderliness, for correct processing of data
Organizing your own activities in an efficient way
Teamplayer
Flexibility

Activities include:

Accounts payable
Assisting with financial reporting
VAT declaration
Processing time registrations
Entering budgets in the financial administration
Various tasks, such as maintaining vacation hours of the staff, preparing payments in the bank
