VOSTA LMG has been awarded a major order for efficient dredge ball joints from leading maritime services company Royal Boskalis Westminster.
The order consists of a series of high pressure Crossover ball joints suitable for dredge pipes with an internal diameter of 1000 mm. The Crossover ball joint is a new and patented design ball joint which utilizes two wear liners to provide optimal flow performance and maximum wear protection.
Nicole van Vliet, Fleet Manager at Boskalis, comments: “Boskalis has ordered a series of X15-1000, 32 bar Crossover ball joints from VOSTA LMG as these type of ball joints combine easier coupling with improved flow and wear resistance.”
